To assist you in preparing for the exhibition, please find attached the Exhibitor Manual.

The manual contains important information regarding booth installation, utility services, exhibition hall operating hours, parking, and other guidelines that exhibitors frequently inquire about. We kindly ask that you review the manual carefully to ensure smooth preparation and participation.

In addition, the Required Submission Documents are listed in the Exhibitor Manual. 

Please complete the applicable forms according to your registered booth type and submit them to ksafety_bexco@naver.com by the respective deadlines specified in the manual.

 4. Space-Only Booth Installation Work Report (~Jul 31)

 5. Company Introduction(Compulsory) (~Jul 31)

 6. Application for Short-term Parking Permit (~Aug 25)

 7. Application for Open Seminar Use (~Jul 31)

Regarding the Form 7, we will be operating an Open Seminar Area during the exhibition. Exhibitors who wish to promote their company, introduce new products or technologies, or present their expertise are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
